IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS IN A SERIOUS CRISIS AND IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT PLEASE CONTACT 000 IMMEDIATELY. ASK FOR AN AMBULANCE OR THE POLICE.

Steps for coping with distress:

1. Check you are safe.

5. Are drugs or alcohol clouding my judgement?

6. Consider sensible options:

b. What is the most realistic outcome?

c. What would I tell a friend to do in this situation?

7. Who can I call for sensible advice?

8. What are the next 3 steps I can take?
